Custom Rebar
Custom rebar orders are final and non-refundable. Measurements provided by the customer are their responsibility. Lead times may vary.
Rentals
Rental equipment must be returned clean and undamaged. Late fees, cleaning charges, or repair costs may apply. Safe operation is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
Eligible stock items may be returned if unused and in original condition. Non-returnable items include custom rebar, tinted/mixed products, opened chemicals, special orders, liquid products after the first frost, and rentals.
Liability
Products and services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Manufacturer warranties apply where available.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Customers must ensure safe access to the delivery site. Pickup orders must be collected during business hours.
